COMPLETE REVIEW
COURSE
Our complete review course is designed for law school graduates who are required to take the entire Washington Bar Examination. The course includes substantive lecture outlines, audio tapes and Mr. Tesdahl’s renowned one-page exam checklists covering all subjects tested on Washington’s unique all-essay bar exam. The course begins with an extensive Introduction lecture describing the bar exam in detail and providing Mr. Tesdahl’s invaluable review of unusual test scenarios that have occurred over the past decade and his predictions for future exams. Also included is a detailed daily or weekly study schedule telling enrollees precisely when to study each subject, when to take practice exam questions, and when to review course materials from the time of enrollment through the last day of the bar exam. (Enrollees have the option of selecting a 4-month, 3-month or 2-month study schedule.) Enrollees also receive a comprehensive exam-writing lecture and numerous practice questions with model answers for self-grading. As with all of our enrollment options, regular shipping within the continental U.S. is free and our extensive writing program is free.
Take Me
To The ETHICS-ONLY OPTION
The Washington State Bar Association will grant reciprocity to out-of-state attorneys from certain states and excuse such attorneys from the substantive law portion of the Washington Bar Exam. (Contact the WSBA to see if your state is one that qualifies for reciprocity.) However, attorneys with reciprocity must still take the Professional Responsibility (ethics) portion of the exam. In addition, in-house counsel also are excused from the substantive portion, but must take the Professional Responsibility portion of the exam. Our ethics-only option is specially designed to prepare the foregoing attorneys for Washington’s unique all-essay ethics exam. The ethics-only option is also ideal for any other applicants who have previously failed the Professional Responsibility portion of the exam. This course includes a lecture outline and audio tapes, a copy of the Washington Rules of Professional Conduct, an exam checklist, and a mini writing program with sample questions and model answers for self-grading. Enrollment in this course at least 15 days prior to the start of the exam is strongly recommended. Regular shipping within the continental U.S. is free and the mini-writing program is free. Call or email us for an Ethics-only enrollment form. |
